Section 24- PRD
24.00- P.R.D. PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS- Presently designated P.R.D.'s (see Zoning Code item 12.07) may be completed in accordance to previously filed plans of development except that subsequently adopted environmentally sensitive area regulations (wetlands) and requirements and limitations related to public safety and health shall be adhered to.
