SECTION 13- CONFLICT AND SEVERANCE
- 13.1- Where there is a conflict among the provisions of these regulations the provisions which imposes the greatest restrictions on the use of wetlands and watercourses shall govern. The invalidity of any word, clause, sentence, section, part or provision of these regulations shall not affect the validity of any other part which can be given effect without such valid part or parts.
