SECTION 5.11- PASSIVE SOLAR DESIGN
Any person submitting a subdivision shall demonstrate to the Commission that they have designed the street and lot layouts, and used vegetation and natural and man made topographical features so as to maximize and protect solar provisions of these regulations and respecting the natural limitations of the site.
