SECTION 2.02- WHO MAY APPLY
An application for approval of a subdivision or resubdivision plan may be made by:
- All of the owners of the land to be subdivided, or their duly authorized agent; or
- The purchaser or all the purchasers under a written contract or option to purchase the land to be subdivided provided that the written consent of the owner or all owners of said property to the filing of such application shall accompany the application.
