A PERMITTED USE BY SPECIAL EXCEPTION
| 1) You must submit the completed application, the required fee and the information as required in Section 44 of the Zoning Code. | |
| 2) You then should appear at the next Planning and Zoning meeting to present your proposal and have the commission schedule a public hearing. | |
| 3) A sign should be erected in accordance with Section 48.03.05 of the Zoning Code on the site at least 7 days prior to the hearing. | |
| 4) You then should appear at the hearing to present your proposal and answer any questions. | |
| 5) Special Exception Granted? | |

| 6) File on the Land Records in Office of the Town Clerk. | |
| 7) You now have a permitted use return to "A Permitted Use Page". | |
