A PERMITTED USE BY SPECIAL EXCEPTION
1) You must submit the completed application, the required fee and the information as required in Section 44 of the Zoning Code.
2) You then should appear at the next Planning and Zoning meeting to present your proposal and have the commission schedule a public hearing.
3) A sign should be erected in accordance with Section 48.03.05 of the Zoning Code on the site at least 7 days prior to the hearing.
4) You then should appear at the hearing to present your proposal and answer any questions.
5) Special Exception Granted?
YES NO
6) File on the Land Records in Office of the Town Clerk.  
7) You now have a permitted use return to "A Permitted Use Page".
