What is a Discussion Group?
A group of people exchanging ideas and thoughts online about topics of
interest in a public discussion forum. An individual subscribes to or joins a discussion
group electronically, and all messages sent to the group are distributed to the members by email.
How to become a Member?
You can become a member by entering your email in the Google Groups Form below.

How do I start a new topic?
You can send an email to the following address

You can begin a new topic for members to respond to by going to the following link: New Topic Page
Both of these methods will send a message to all the members of the Discussion Group.
How to search the archives?
You can visit Middletown Planning Discussion Group to
view the archives of the Discussion Group. You do not need to be a member in order to view the
archives.
Discussion Group Rules:
- Please use the discussion group to express opinions, ideas, facts, and issues that relate to the business of the Middletown Department of Planning, Conservation and Development or any of the committees it staffs.
- Always sign your emails with your name.
- This is a public forum, and would likely fall under the auspices of the Freedom of Information Act. This means anything you post would be archived for access by the public.
- Please use appropriate language that is not abusive or could be construed as harassment of any kind.
- Violation of any of the rules or inappropriate use of the discussion group (as determined by the manager) could result in a ban of your use of the discussion board.
