The Redevelopment Agency exists under the authority of Connecticut General Statue § 8-126, as amended. The Agency consists of 16 members, appointed by the Mayor. The Redevelopment Agency oversees the redevelopment plans for the City of Middletown.
The Redevelopment Agency meets the 3rd Tuesday at 5:00 PM of each month in the Municipal Building. New business for the Agency must be submitted three (3) working days prior to a regular meeting date.
