NOTICE OF DECISION BY THE MIDDLETOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AT IT’S MEETING OF JANUARY 23, 1991.

1) Adopted the introduction and Background Information Portion of the Plan of Development as submitted to the Commission on November 8, 1990 with an effective date of February 15, 1991. A copy of the adopted text is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk. Proponent P & Z Commission.

2) Adopted the Goals Portion of the Plan of Development as submitted to the Commission on November 8, 1990 with a revision as submitted on January 9, 1991 with an effective date of February 15, 1991. A copy of the adopted text is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk. Proponent P & Z Commission.

8) Adopted Current Land Use Portion of the Plan of Development including revised text as submitted to the Commission on November 8, 1990, with the addition of United Technologies as a large landowner, and maps as filed in the Town Clerks Office with an effective date of February 15, 1991. . 10) Adopted the Water/Sewer Section of the Plan of Development including text as submitted to the Commission on November 8, 1990 and maps filed in the Town Clerks Office with an effective date of February 15, 1991. NOTICE OF DECISION BY THE MIDDLETOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION at it’s meeting of March 13, 1991.

1, Denied proposed zoning map amendment to change from an R-30 (Residential zone to an M (Multi-Family Dwelling Units) zone located in the area of the e/s Saybrook Road and south of Brooks Road. Applicant/agent Sebastian C. Mazzotta Z91-1

2. Adopted as part of the Plan of Development a Section entitled “The Natural Environment” which includes the text and maps. The maps are depicted as follows: “Land Resources”, “Water Resources” and “Prime Agricultural Soil”. This section becomes effective March 31, 1991.
