- Choice Magazine moved and expanded to new offices at 575 Main Street, Liberty Square
- Rite Aid moved and expanded to a new store at 10 Main Street, Landmark Square
- Auto Store II opened new store at 580 Newfield Street
- Esca is a new restaurant at 437 Main Street

- Joe Capasso Mason Enterprises relocated to Middletown and built a corporate headquarters at 251 Middle Street
- Galleria Stone expanded by building a new 55,798 square foot sales, sample and distribution facility at 241 Middle Street
- Norpaco, Inc. relocated to Middletown and built a 70,000 square foot food manufacturing facility at Liberty Commerce Park
- Mack Fire Protection moved to 15 Industrial Park Place and built a 7,500 square foot addition
